• Our foundry specializes in production of precise die-castings from aluminum alloys EN AC-47000, EN AC-46000, EN AC-44200 and EN AC-43400

• We use machines with closing force from 60 to 750 tones.

• Our castings fulfill explosion-proof requirements (EX).

• We have the possibility to make castings up to 4 kg.

• With a view to guarantee the highest quality of our castigs, we use:

1) spectrometer Foundry Master (Worldwide Analytical Systems AG)

    for qualitative and quantitative element analysis of metallic samples,

2) FDU Rotostative (Foseco) for purification of molten aluminium alloys, 

3) X - ray inspection cabin (YXLON International).
