  • Our machine park consists of more than 40 CNC machines. We operate on milling CNC machines like: MORI SEIKI, DMG, BROTHER, STAMA and lathe CNC machines like: INDEX, MAZAK).

 

  • Our machine park makes possible machining of parts in 4 programmable axes with pallet’s system. The range of machining for every axis is X,Y,Z.

 

  • Most of lathe machines are adapted for machining of parts with using bar feeder. Among them we have got double-spindle and double-turret lathes with eleven programmable axes.

 

  • Maximal diameter of turned parts by using bar feeder is Ø 77 mm, however maximal diameter of turned parts by using fixture is Ø280 mm.
